Hi! My name is Aoife. I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with over 10 years experience in the field of psychology. I am graduate of the Doctorate in Counselling Psychology at the school of psychology, Trinity College Dublin. I have worked in a variety of services including Psychiatric hospitals, Universities, Private and Public hospitals, Child and adolescent services, Prisons, Educational settings and Primary Care Centres.

I have a goal of supporting parents understand how important their mental health is, as well as being extremely passionate about attachment and how we create secure attachment relationships with our children.

I am a Highly Sensitive Person with a Highly Sensitive Child and would love to help others understand what a gift sensitivity is, as well as knowing how to manage the challenges that come with feeling so much.
